At Casa Voltant, the design takes shape as a dialogue between architecture and everyday life. We approached it through materiality, light and crafted details, balancing warmth with a subtle edge. Stone-toned floors and natural oak set the base, while steel, anodized frames and darker accents add measured contrast. The result is an atmosphere that feels calm, timeless, and designed to age with grace.

Javier Comeche is an interior designer and art director based in Barcelona, working on projects across Europe. Specializing in residential and retail spaces, he creates environments that balance identity, functionality, and refined aesthetics. Each project begins with a careful study, building a foundation from which new languages can emerge: consistent yet evolving, and always attuned to the zeitgeist. Over time, Javier has developed a highly imaginative visual vocabulary, shaped by an extensive archive of references and a deep appreciation for iconic design pieces. He often designs bespoke furniture to articulate the identity of each project with precision and uniqueness. Beyond interiors, he has collaborated as an art director for leading design brands such as Urbidermis and Santa & Cole, bringing a curatorial vision and creative direction that elevate every collaboration. His approach is intuitive yet precise, offering clients a thoughtful perspective rooted in experience, taste, and a strong sense of visual culture.
